XRO Fabrication is not liable for any issues resulting from installation performed outside our facility.
4. Customer responsibilities

All products are American-made and fabricated by XRO Fabrication.
Some items may be built-to-order, with lead times communicated at purchase.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to material availability or production schedules.
6. Warranty
XRO Fabrication warrants products against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear.
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered defects.
7. Limitation of liability
Use of any product or service is at your own risk.
XRO Fabrication is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, vehicle damage, or loss, resulting from product use or misuse.
8. Aviation fabrication disclaimer
Aviation services are performed to customer-supplied designs and specifications.
Customers are responsible for design validation, regulatory compliance, and airworthiness certification.
XRO Fabrication does not assume responsibility for performance, certification, or compliance of aviation components.
